Art director
We’re looking for someone who can shape visual direction across trailers, cinematics, and real-time projects—partnering with directors, clients, and artists to keep every frame on brief and on brand.
You will
Own look development and art direction from mood boards through final grade; brief and mentor environment, character, and lighting artists; and present clearly to clients and internal teams.
We expect
A strong portfolio in look development for games, film, or VFX marketing; experience leading or mentoring artists and articulating creative direction under client review; solid grasp of the 3D pipeline from concept to final, with real-time or Unreal familiarity as a plus.
