Intern / 3D Generalist
We are ALL ANIMAL™, a team of players at heart and artists by craft. We design moving, emotional experiences and high-impact trailer campaigns for world-class gaming titles. This summer, we want to bring a talented student into our Prague studio to help us handle real project workloads and grow along with us.
You won't be making coffee here. You will work side-by-side with our senior artists, getting hands-on pipeline experience with actual production briefs.
We will review all applications, and selected candidates will be invited to complete a short practical test to showcase their skills before the final interview.
The internship is full-time for the duration of at least one month, scheduled anytime between June and September 2026 based on our mutual agreement.
You will
- Work on real AAA briefs: Dive straight into active production pipelines for major global gaming studios.
- Handle 3D generalist tasks: Support the team with modeling, texturing, and asset creation using professional workflows.
- Get direct mentorship: Work closely under the daily wing of Šimon with overall production supervision from Ondra.
- See how an agile studio operates: Learn how a boutique team manages complex project constraints, deadlines, and client feedback.
We expect
- Solid software foundations: Hands-on experience with Blender, complemented by knowledge of Substance Painter and ZBrush.
- A collaborative mindset: You are communicative, open to feedback, and function well as a genuine team player.
- Working English: The ability to comfortably read a technical brief and navigate a modern production environment.
- Reliability: Commitment to a full-time workload at our Prague studio for at least 1 full month between June and September.
